Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your new book! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

Items must be postmarked for return within 7 - 10 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking).

Condition

Books must be in their original, 'like-new' condition—unmarked, with no bent pages or broken spines.

Signed & Personalized Copies

Due to their unique nature, signed or personalized books are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Digital Products

All e-book and audiobook sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, please contact us at sales@texwhitford.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Original Shipping

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, I will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
